I've got to agree with you heartily about being in the wilderness. I've got a particular spot I visit with the kids, where you can *almost* not hear the city, and we have a few particular oak trees we visit, that are friends now. This is where I feel the most sane, and it's almost an instant relief when we arrive at the spot.
