If you have lived here for a while you probably know that construction is an area most attractive to the ruling class. Sounds like a project more suitable to the bubble economy years, though. Can you say what the group is that constitutes "members only"?
Japan, as of yesterday 1/18, is reinstituting limited emergency measures in 13 prefectures including Tokyo. Early closings, limited group size, less/no alcohol sales, etc. Omicron infections exploding, all of nine dead, though.
