Understood. As I noted lower down this thread, 'as much as you can write while remaining comfortable' seems to be the appropriate limit, which does set some pretty clear boundaries on how deep this stage can go. The main issue is finding a regular time to journal, between the crazy amounts of overtime I've been working the past year and raising my five-month-old. My schedule though is about to change for the better, which seems (hmm!) well timed to start this work.
