Very glad to hear this. Already went much longer today than I planned. Realized quickly that I'll never finish Lesson One at a consistent 15 minutes a day, haha. Felt very level headed throughout it though, so it was good.
I do have one question though.
Near the beginning it says: "We can learn to understand the evil deed they did was not "them" and the evil deed we did was not 'us.'"
"Our" "evil deed" here would be the sort of automatic attributing of blame to "them" for actions that were actually the result of a gamut of influences then, right?
I extrapolated this understanding out pretty far and I think seems to slot into the teaching, but I just want to make sure I'm on the right track.
