All I can say is that I am very grateful to start the cell salt experiment for that reason alone because what I read was very sobering and you probably just saved me a whole lot more unnecessary suffering. Time to dial back the extremes a bit and practice temperance. It was most likely an unintended consequence but regardless I cannot thank you enough.
