I started the bio12 on Mar 24. I've missed a couple of times and have been through just one round of the full protocol. My initial response was that it was too early to tell anything at all. I've made a few changes to my diet recently in support of strengthening my immune system. Too many variables changed at once.
Then I realized that it's been almost no struggle at all to control my indulgences ('addictions' is too strong a word). This is unusual. I've reduced my sugar consumption; chocolate cravings have disappeared and shifted a few other habits without noticing very much.
The thought is still there occasionally but it's more of a nostalgia thing. Today I decided to have a bite of chocolate and I didn't even enjoy it much.
