Toward Ecosophy

I only got my bioplasma in a week before my 3 days started. I noticed a very slight increase in my chronic pain before my "moon days", but on the 2nd of these I had a very large increase in energy levels (I walked twice that day, and faster than usual the 2nd time), and some increase (from base levels) on the 3rd day. The increase in chronic pain has been intermittent since then.
