Hmm! I'm not sure what to say. My batch, which was made a few days before I posted, is proceeding as normal; some of the ginger is on the bottom already, and other pieces have sunk to various depths, though some is still close to the surface. I've never had a batch that floated back up to the surface after a month. Anyone else?
