I can absolutely vouch for the poisonousness of the inside of planes and airports. I took a plane trip back east at the end of June and came back with a tremendous bout of stupidity, and my legs' circulatory problems flared back up. (I think I wrote about it on this forum shortly afterward.) No, I have never taken the shots, so this had to have been due to shedding.
I've been treating it since with Vitamin I and Nattokinase pills, mostly in alternation, plus low doses of aspirin, "flushing" niacin and vitamin E, and seeing a lot of improvement. My mind is mostly back, for one.
I think the vitamin E (268 mg/day) is a good addition; I probably wasn't getting enough of it. I had a cut on my hand that had been loitering for over 3 weeks-- started the vitamin E on top of the other supplements, and the cut kicked into healing high gear and sealed up in one week. I feel better all around since I started taking it.
**Thank you**, Stubborn Ass and all the commentariat for all of these tips, they have been enormously helpful, and I would be in much worse shape otherwise.
