Are you just doing the LBRP, or are you doing the Middle Pillar exercise daily? Just banishing every day can have an unbalancing effect; the Middle Pillar is an invocation, and thus balances the banishing.
The broader issue here, though, is that the ritual work of the GD is not a complete system all by itself -- nor did the GD teach it as one. Initiates of the original order were also expected to practice meditation and divination, and to put serious study into the teachings and symbolism. All of that is necessary if you want to get results: meditation and divination expand your awareness so you can sense the effects of the rituals, and the study helps you understand what you perceive.
If you want to do GD work successfully, and you don't have a daily meditation practice, I very strongly recommend my book Paths of Wisdom -- daily discursive meditation on the Tree of Life will give you a solid basis for practice. If you don't have a lot of background in GD work, you might try working through the introductory study in my book Learning Ritual Magic first -- just don't skip any of the practices!
