Two thousand years ago the Celts were far more widespread than they are now, and some of them lived in what are now Slavic lands (Czechs, Slovaks, Moravians, Poles, Western Ukrainians and Belarusians, possibly also Slovenes). These Slavs moved westward from the original Slavic homeland (probably around the Pripiat' marshes) and intermarried with the Celts already there; their descendants ended up speaking Slavic languages rather than Celtic ones. So it is only to be expected that any special Celtic powers would also be found among these Slavs. (The same, by the way, is probably also true of Hungarians, who are not Slavs, or even Indo-Europeans.)
