A basic question related to Cell Salt Protocol please...as I missed your last post about it!
Somehow I got myself very confused with which ephemeris of all the choices lahari, tropical, sideral...etc to use in order to calculate the moon ingress for the Cell Salt protocol...I was looking at the ones in here:

I'm sure I had figured out another one, but then realised that I was using the wrong one, because it was based EST...and I'm in the United Kingdom...
So could you please tell me which one I should use? If you can point out the examples for this month for Libra or Cancer please, so I know I'm looking at the correct information.
