Good heavens, no. All you have to do to become a Master Healer is to study and practice the MOE material, and complete the Gnostic Lessons given in the FHR. A glance at the other orders won't hurt, but it's not required.
I may do a revised set of the Gnostic Lessons to go along with the MOE papers, just to clarify that.
