You cannot make these thing up, can you! In Japan, we get ads for shingles vaccinations, insurance for cancers of reproductive organs (saw first one today) and lots and lots of ads for "chiisana ososkiki" (little funerals). We still see lots of ads for anti-aging supplements and other senior concerns, and my impression is Japan has fared relatively well in this. They did reject one clearly bad batch of Moderna vaxxes.
