You can certainly do that. The blowback is simply that in some other part of your life, you will get exactly what you deserve and nothing more. If you're good with that, by all means invoke justice. If you're aware of some part of your life where you've been unjust and unfair, by the way, and you can act preemptively and make things right, that will add force to the working -- if you affirm strict justice in your own life you have more power to invoke it more generally.
