I've just practised it and, yeah, it feels amazingly promising for such a short and simple practice!
I wanted to confirm a couple of things to see if I understood them correctly:
1. The text doesn't state explicitly where the Healing Jewel is on the right hand so I assume that, as with the left hand, it is the point where the tracing of the figures starts and ends - the point just under the gap between the middle and ring finger, right? So, when starting the flow, these two starting/finishing points are the ones touching each other, right?
2. The difference between Empowering and activating the hands seems to be only in that I don't need to deactivate the hands after Empowering them in the morning. So when Empowering, I would finish it by touching the Healing Jewels, starting the flow, then separating the hands and just letting my attention move to something else without setting any particular intent for this flow or clapping my hands. Does this sound correct?
