I am so glad I found these teachings (thank you JMG).
I been practicing basically this same practice, for several years now.
I initially learned the practice of the inner smile from qigong, the more I practiced the better I felt, on my own started to bless things.
And has been one of the best practices I ever engaged in.
Just one more thing to consider of the importance of this practice, studies have found that when you smile your brain starts making, endorphins, dopamine, serotonin, plus neuro peptides.
All stress relievers, flooding through all the cells in your body.
Let that sink in 😉
