Digging a little further on Pennsylvania's vaccine database, it looks like it is a copy of the national database that was funded. On this website is guides to the HL7 and you can see the data fields on an excel spreadsheet. https://www.health.pa.gov/topics/Reporting-Registries/PA-SIIS/Pages/SIIS-Library.aspx

Most concerning is the second link " HL7 Guide_Appendix B_Core Data Elements" which lists all the fields in this vaccine registry. One of the fields is labeled "Exemption/refusal reason" which makes it sure look like everyone is going into this database, not just the vaccinated.

Are other states showing these vaccine databases on their DOH websites?
