Dang! We have such a small kitchen for the three of us that only one of us can use it at once, scheduling it to avoid getting in the way, and we have to make it look like a magazine kitchen again within the allotted time. But I'm going off-topic. When we moved into this house, I took a tape measure and and bought the biggest tackle box that would fit in the wardrobe under my clothes. Atop extra supplies, it holds several trays with various items I might want immediate access to. I've got dried herbs in bottles or sealed plastic bags in various other places, and what I need to do is create an Excel file with notes on where everything is.
