Toward Ecosophy

There are many ways of sorting out the subtle bodies. In the one I use, we have three bodies -- a physical body, an etheric body, and an astral body -- and a mental sheath, which will be a mental body when we've finished evolving it. The etheric and astral body are not the same, and the etheric body has channels of the kind I'm discussing; the astral body has its own structures, which are different.
