1) Not quite the same thing but you might want to check out A Pattern Language by Christopher Alexander and the preceding volume A Timeless Way of Building.
The former deals in some part with interiors though it's about much more and very practical at that. It's not about energy flows but about the patterns that make people feel at home in a building.
The latter volume is the theory behind it and might as well be called the western Tao Te Ching.
