"the mRNA doesn't stay in the muscle where it's supposed to"

This claim always seemed preposterous to me. I'm no medic but we all know very well that our bodies contain constantly moving fluids so it's just barking to say the mRNA would stay in the arm. Why it was said and why anyone ever believed it is beyond understanding.
