Open (More or Less) Post on Covid 186

We are now in the fourth year of these open posts. When I first posted a tentative hypothesis on the course of the Covid phenomenon, I had no idea that discussion on the subject would still be necessary more than three years later, much less that it would turn into so lively, complex, and troubling a conversation. Still, here we are. Crude death rates and other measures of collapsing public health are anomalously high in many countries, but nobody in authority wants to talk about the inadequately tested experimental Covid injections that are the most likely cause; public health authorities government shills for the pharmaceutical industry are still trying to push through laws that will allow them to force vaccinations on anyone they want; public trust in science is collapsing; and the story continues to unfold.

So it's time for another open post. The rules are the same as before:

1. If you plan on parroting the party line of the medical industry and its paid shills, please go away. This is a place for people to talk openly, honestly, and freely about their concerns that the party line in question is dangerously flawed and that actions being pushed by the medical industry and its government enablers are causing injury and death on a massive scale. It is not a place for you to dismiss those concerns. Anyone who wants to hear the official story and the arguments in favor of it can find those on hundreds of thousands of websites.

2. If you plan on insisting that the current situation is the result of a deliberate plot by some villainous group of people or other, please go away. There are tens of thousands of websites currently rehashing various conspiracy theories about the Covid-19 outbreak and the vaccines. This is not one of them. What we're exploring is the likelihood that what's going on is the product of the same arrogance, incompetence, and corruption that the medical industry and its wholly owned politicians have displayed so abundantly in recent decades. That possibility deserves a space of its own for discussion, and that's what we're doing here. 
 
3. If you plan on using rent-a-troll derailing or disruption tactics, please go away. I'm quite familiar with the standard tactics used by troll farms to disrupt online forums, and am ready, willing, and able -- and in fact quite eager -- to ban people permanently for engaging in them here. Oh, and I also lurk on other Covid-19 vaccine skeptic blogs, so I'm likely to notice when the same posts are showing up on more than one venue. 

4. If you plan on making off topic comments, please go away. This is an open post for discussion of the Covid epidemic, the vaccines, drugs, policies, and other measures that supposedly treat it, and other topics directly relevant to those things. It is not a place for general discussion of unrelated topics. Nor is it a place to ask for medical advice; giving such advice, unless you're a licensed health care provider, legally counts as practicing medicine without a license and is a crime in the US. Don't even go there.

5. If you don't believe in treating people with common courtesy, please go away. I have, and enforce, a strict courtesy policy on my blogs and online forums, and this is no exception. The sort of schoolyard bullying that takes place on so many other internet forums will get you deleted and banned here. Also, please don't drag in current quarrels about sex, race, religions, etc. No, I don't care if you disagree with that: my journal, my rules. 

6. Please don't just post bare links without explanation. A sentence or two telling readers what's on the other side of the link is a reasonable courtesy, and if you don't include it, your attempted post will be deleted.

Please also note that nothing posted here should be construed as medical advice, which neither I nor the commentariat (excepting those who are licensed medical providers) are qualified to give. Please take your medical questions to the licensed professional provider of your choice.

With that said, the floor is open for discussion.

Always remember, if it's new technology, it needs to be tested. No exceptions.

JMG talks about how many souls wanted into the party going on now. What I'd add is all the souls wanting back out because the good times are ending. The hour is late, the music has stopped and you can hear LAST CALL echoing in the room. At some level everyone who took this knew what it was and what it would do, and they chose it, at some level. Probably far below conscious and people are good at coming up with plausible sounding reasons what why they chose something, much like a biological LLM. Is it not-suicide if you trusted someone else's lie? I sense a lot of loophole seeking here. It's a technical accident, sort of like technical virginity? Mistakes were made.

Things are going to keep getting weirder and more unpleasant for a while. And when the going gets weird...

If we accept the hypothesis that everyone who got jabbed will drop dead Real Soon Now, which I do not as it is far more dramatic than any effect ever seen before ... how were they supposed to know that such a unique thing would happen? The vast majority did not even have enough education to know that they ought to have questions about safety and efficacy. As for subconscious knowledge NOT derived from any experience in this life ... we might in past lives have learned, say, that it is foolish to drink heavily, but could not have learned that mRNA shots are scary, since they never existed before.

Do you assume that our higher selves, or some subconscious part of us, knows the future consequences of every action, even if it involves a choice never before encountered by us or anyone else? If so, than ANYBODY who dies of almost anything other than extreme old age can be accused of "choosing it" and somehow committing "suicide" without conscious awareness. If you're going to die of a heart attack, say, why, with every soda you slurped you "knew what it would do and chose it at some level." To me, that is not plausible, nor morally acceptable. If you blamed a guy who got shot by an armed robber for being secretly suicidal because "the good times are ending" (since he must "at some level" have known what would happen if he turned down that particular street on that night...), you would fail to place the proper blame on the robber, where it belongs.

Let's not forget that this is the worst scenario, progressively getting worse under the radar, people limping along, creating a lot of suffering for them and those who love them, people becoming sterile, stretching the health system, and other systems, shedding stuff, all this pain pushing the collective consciousness towards fanatic and bleak zones, etc

Same commenter here. Limping along and suffering to some extent describes the human condition (certainly in aging), and it's exacerbated by numerous industrial products. (And mitigated by some -- occasionally the same ones.) I don't see any real difference between "Some people have been crippled, probably for life, by jab side effects" and "Some people have been crippled, probably for life, by statin side effects." In either case, it's a hardship for those individuals, and as you note, sometimes also for relatives who have to take over housework or providing for a family, and in either case the sufferers deserve reasonable sympathy in my book.

Likewise, fertility rates had already been affected by industry -- sperm counts in industrialized nations are half what they used to be, and many couples suffer from infertility. Postponing reproduction to later ages is responsible for some of that, but so are endocrine-disrupting chemicals dumped in our food and water. If a few more people have fertility problems as a result of ill-timed or ill-advised jabs, it will be sad for those individuals (and lucky for some, in states where even serious problem pregnancies can't be terminated), but when we have *eight billion* people on this planet, their disappointment will be no more devastating for the human race than the much more common incidence of people who have few or no children by choice.

By the way, I know there is much groaning about the demographic winter in some quarters, e.g., China with 1.4 billion people lifting all limits on reproduction -- I don't agree. The planet can't hold an infinite number of people, so the population must peak and decline at some point. We should want it to happen before we eat the planet down to bedrock then starve en masse. Better that some geezers die a little younger because the health system was stretched than that a horde of children should die really young.

Yes, there were problems and the systems were already loaded. I think the waxxine and BOVID is the needle that broke the Camel back. I think the most unchallenged myth is that population declines saves the nature. I think dysfunctional societies are very, very bad on nature, human and otherwise. 1 milion people with the right culture can have a protected region. Two deranged people can destroy an entire protected region.
