We are now in the fourth year of these open posts. When I first posted a tentative hypothesis on the course of the Covid phenomenon, I had no idea that discussion on the subject would still be necessary more than three years later, much less that it would turn into so lively, complex, and troubling a conversation. Still, here we are. Crude death rates and other measures of collapsing public health are anomalously high in many countries, but nobody in authority wants to talk about the inadequately tested experimental Covid injections that are the most likely cause; ~~public health authorities~~ government shills for the pharmaceutical industry are still trying to push through laws that will allow them to force vaccinations on anyone they want; public trust in science is collapsing; and the story continues to unfold.

So it's time for another open post. The rules are the same as before:

1. If you plan on parroting the party line of the medical industry and its paid shills, please go away. This is a place for people to talk openly, honestly, and freely about their concerns that the party line in question is dangerously flawed and that actions being pushed by the medical industry and its government enablers are causing injury and death on a massive scale. It is not a place for you to dismiss those concerns. Anyone who wants to hear the official story and the arguments in favor of it can find those on hundreds of thousands of websites.

2. If you plan on insisting that the current situation is the result of a deliberate plot by some villainous group of people or other, please go away. There are tens of thousands of websites currently rehashing various conspiracy theories about the Covid-19 outbreak and the vaccines. This is not one of them. What we're exploring is the likelihood that what's going on is the product of the same arrogance, incompetence, and corruption that the medical industry and its wholly owned politicians have displayed so abundantly in recent decades. That possibility deserves a space of its own for discussion, and that's what we're doing here.

3. If you plan on using rent-a-troll derailing or disruption tactics, please go away. I'm quite familiar with the standard tactics used by troll farms to disrupt online forums, and am ready, willing, and able -- and in fact quite eager -- to ban people permanently for engaging in them here. Oh, and I also lurk on other Covid-19 vaccine skeptic blogs, so I'm likely to notice when the same posts are showing up on more than one venue.

4. If you plan on making off topic comments, please go away. This is an open post for discussion of the Covid epidemic, the vaccines, drugs, policies, and other measures that supposedly treat it, and other topics directly relevant to those things. It is not a place for general discussion of unrelated topics. Nor is it a place to ask for medical advice; giving such advice, unless you're a licensed health care provider, legally counts as practicing medicine without a license and is a crime in the US. Don't even go there.

5. If you don't believe in treating people with common courtesy, please go away. I have, and enforce, a strict courtesy policy on my blogs and online forums, and this is no exception. The sort of schoolyard bullying that takes place on so many other internet forums will get you deleted and banned here. Also, please don't drag in current quarrels about sex, race, religions, etc. No, I don't care if you disagree with that: my journal, my rules.

Please also note that nothing posted here should be construed as medical advice, which neither I nor the commentariat (excepting those who are licensed medical providers) are qualified to give. Please take your medical questions to the licensed professional provider of your choice.

Schools Can Force-Vaccinate Children Against Parents’ Wishes, State Supreme Court Rules

Forced vaccination is a form of violence. State-sanctioned violences were reserved for extreme situations, but if it is made common, I wonder whether the public mood also get more violent as a reaction.

I'm surprised it took so long for somebody to take out a health official (the Insurance CEO).

Four years later and here we are, this is the very thing that boils my blood, keeps me up at night. The clear and simple fact that they are coming after children with this poison, makes me furious. It's clear to anyone willing to see that these shots do not prevent infection nor stop transmission but like something out of a Pink Floyd video, these school administrators just want to meat grind their captive children. When I stare at the recent presidential election electoral map and see that pocket of intense blue up there in the corner, I truly despise being a red dot within it. Maybe there are more around me than I know but it's hard to find out. My better half lives in fear and to the point of a fight, demanded that I never wear my MAHA hat outside. Even my black on black MAGA hat, which was a gift gracias to my generous donations, is a bridge too far. I'm tired of fear. It leads to horrible things, like this madness in Vermont. When will it stop?

Hello, anonymous, I'm in VT too. I agree that going after the kids with all those vaccine requirements is monstrous. My guess is the people who ordered it/went along with it will have some serious explaining to do when they get to the Pearly Gates. Hopefully enough people wake up ASAP to put a stop to it.

After the election I took a quick look at the totals in the state and my area. The state overall is majority blue, but not as strongly as I thought. If I remember correctly my area voted roughly 55% blue and 45% red for the presidential election. Outside of Chittenden county and bigger towns I think this was the general trend. This year we elected not only a republican gov, but lt gov also! I would have preferred more of a clean sweep of the politicians (except for Gov Scott) but it's a good start. Along Rt 7 and in the general area, before the election, I saw large flags and signs supporting Trump and only some small scattered ones for Harris. I even saw a large "F - - Biden" flag, right on Rt 7.

Personal anecdote: two of my very conventional friends, who have gotten every booster there is and generally believe that if it's on TV it must be true, stopped nagging me years ago to "do the right thing" by getting the clot shots. One of them thinks she doesn't want to get any more of them. It's slow, and very late (they both have had bad reactions), but I think it's a real trend. Anyway, you're not alone, we're just a bunch of polite chickens here.

Hello dear Vermonter— When it comes to dealing with the covidian deluded, you are living in one of the toughest places to be, I think, in all of North America. I can understand, or I should say, I can begin to understand, how really exasperating this must be. My neck of the woods is pretty bad, too.

Perhaps you already know all about this, but I did not until I stumbled upon it earlier this year, and I was glad indded to see it: The Vermont Emergency Forum to Assess the Respiratory Hazards of Masks, which was held in Burlington back on June 17, 2023. It looks to me like there are a good number of stand-up-for-freedom Vermonters, and they're doing some good work. I only transcribed a few of their many outstanding presentations. It is tough here, and lonely. No one in my personal life seems to think the way I do about these issues. JMGs websites have been a lifeline*. This whole mess gave me an extra hard shove toward hermit-hood. VT is a good place to be a hermit.

I didn't know about the VT Emergency Forum ARHM. I will read the links you gave - thank you for those, and also your regular posts here! There are so many interesting things out there that I wouldn't see otherwise.

*I offer heartfelt thanks to you JMG, and am sorry for your heavy losses this year.

I totally hear you.

My suspicion is that there are more of us who didn't fall for the con than it would seem, but we're hard to identify since we don't go around with a sign on our foreheads or a yellow star on our sleeves.

One reason (of many reasons) that I transcribe the videos is that I feel so heartened to find people (even if they've passed away, such as Dr. Oskoui) who had some common sense and some heart and were willing to speak out early on.

Friends don't let friends do school. Stay in drugs.
