A very mixed bag. In the US chart the Saturn-Neptune conjunction is in the 11th house, so expect dramatic legislative changes, and Mars is opposing it from the 5th; both are intercepted, Saturn and Neptune in Aries and Mars in Libra, which are not favorable placements. At the same time, Uranus is finally out of Taurus and has a sextile with the conjunction and trine with Mars, and Mercury rules the ascendant and is trine the conjunction. So the changes will benefit some and harm others.
