Open (More or Less) Post on Covid 132

So it's time for another open post. The rules are the same as before:
1. If you plan on parroting the party line of the medical industry and its paid shills, please go away. This is a place for people to talk openly, honestly, and freely about their concerns that the party line in question is dangerously flawed and that actions being pushed by the medical industry et al. are causing injury and death. It is not a place for you to dismiss those concerns. Anyone who wants to hear the official story and the arguments in favor of it can find those on hundreds of thousands of websites.
2. If you plan on insisting that the current situation is the result of a deliberate plot by some villainous group of people or other, please go away. There are tens of thousands of websites currently rehashing various conspiracy theories about the Covid-19 outbreak and the vaccines. This is not one of them. What we're exploring is the likelihood that what's going on is the product of the same arrogance, incompetence, and corruption that the medical industry and its tame politicians have displayed so abundantly in recent decades. That possibility deserves a space of its own for discussion, and that's what we're doing here.
3. If you plan on using rent-a-troll derailing or disruption tactics, please go away. I'm quite familiar with the standard tactics used by troll farms to disrupt online forums, and am ready, willing, and able -- and in fact quite eager -- to ban people permanently for engaging in them here. Oh, and I also lurk on other Covid-19 vaccine skeptic blogs, so I'm likely to notice when the same posts are showing up on more than one venue.
4. If you don't believe in treating people with common courtesy, please go away. I have, and enforce, a strict courtesy policy on my blogs and online forums, and this is no exception. The sort of schoolyard bullying that takes place on so many other internet forums will get you deleted and banned here. Also, please don't drag in current quarrels about sex, race, religions, etc. No, I don't care if you disagree with that: my journal, my rules.
With that said, the floor is open for discussion.
Re: On spike shedding
Subsequently we were in snow country, going daily to an onsen that is predominantly patronised by Japanese as it's slightly out of the way... again packed to the gills because of the holiday period. That was when I first noticed a weird smell. It didn't smell like faeces, hard to describe, just a nasty odour. Not all the time, but first time I've encountered something like that. Later on, Midwestern doctor compiled her shedding compilation tour-de-force, and it was mentioned that some folks can smell the super-shedders and the weird smell as they tried to describe it fit what I had encountered.
Within a few days, I had problems bending down towards my left side and discovered that I had an enlarged spleen - aka body fighting off some infection. But I had no other symptoms, even though I had to take the strongest strength NSAID (arcoxia) to ward off some of the intense pain. I did that once every 3 or 4 days, as I didn't want the pain to become too chronic. Any serious inflammation if left alone for too long, triggers a different set of processes in the body and it may become quite difficult to treat or reduce the pain, even if the root cause of the pain is taken care of by then.
It took me 1 month for the spleen to get back to normal. I had no other obvious symptoms, energy levels was still good. I had to take 3 painkillers altogether... and experimented with using doxycycline (a super mild, old-line antibiotic that doesn't affect the gut)- it helped a bit, and I wasn't willing to use stronger antibiotics for now. The women in the family didn't notice any smell in their part of the onsen and they didn't get the enlarged spleen. I upped my dosage of Niacin, Vit D/K2 to keep the immune system charged up, so it's good to confirm that a healthy and rested unvexed person can still recover from something like this. The main conclusion I would draw from this episode is that we now have serious super-shedders, whose near presence will actively depress other people's immune system in a major way, then leading to a cascade of issues, depending on how strong or weak their immune system is to begin with. Almost like a walking plague. Yah, not good news, but it is what it is. Who knows if it happens after their 3rd or 6th shot, but I'm guessing it's more likely to be the latter as I didn't notice such smells till this recent episode.
With regards to the declining environment... we're digging some huge holes for ourselves. Like Singapore gets it's fresh chicken from Malaysia, which had the same bad avian flu and actually banned the export of fresh chicken for over half a year at one point last year. Even now, people are restricted as to how many eggs they can purchase at one time in the supermarkets in Malaysia. Anyways, a small 'fresh' chicken is now like $10 in the Singapore supermarkets, but still the cheapest meat by weight. I've asked my mom to stop buying those chickens unless we pay up for the 'organic' ones. I noticed that I didn't feel as good after eating chicken during 1 main meal.. and if my mom cooked chicken for both lunch and dinner, I was getting mild runs after that. Happened for a couple weeks, which was enough confirmation for me. In order to keep the chicken supply up, they must be shooting them up with a ton of antibiotics and what not... and it's messing with my gut. Welcome to the new world, where something that looks like food is not really food, but some drug-filled conglomeration.

Re: On spike shedding
Lesson learnt is that during major holiday periods, one has to go during the much less popular times of the day, say early afternoon. This onsen has indoor and outdoor hot pools, hot pool with healing stone, hot jacuzzi, big cold tub and sauna. All for the grand price of 400 yen if you buy a booklet of ten. Still brings a smile to my face when I think of all the changes I could feel happening in the body upon exposure to the extreme heat and cold.
