The Modern Order of Essenes: An Unexpected Resource

Essene logoOne of my readers -- tip of the Druidical hat to Sapienter se Sincere -- chased down an Essene resource of which I was completely unaware: a set of seven YouTube videos posted twelve years ago, providing instruction in the Candidate level techniques of the Modern Order of Essenes. All of them are narrated by John Gilbert and two of them feature John on screen. Here they are:

Foot Reflexology 1:

Foot Reflexology 2:

These were quite helpful for me, especially the foot reflexology one (showing the "four fingers at once down the arch of the foot" technique) and the relaxation sequence (where, for me, the different ways of willing "relaxation" were helpful).

Thanks very much to you and Sapienter se Sincere!

Synchronicity perhaps

Excellent timing. In the last few days I coincidentally decided to drop all daily practices except for the Essenes. I had had some good results with the candidate/healer grade but was flagging (particularly with the reflexology) due to lack of time in the day. I aim to spend several months at least with it and see if I can make use of the master material.

My thanks to you both.
JH

Thanks!

Wow - such a fortuitous find!

Many thanks to both JMG and Sapienter se Sincere -- and, of course, to the unconditional love of the divine who led Sapienter to find this.

Is there a correct order?

As someone who has no experience with this, is their a particular order I should approach the material? Or does it not matter which lessons I begin with?

Thank you so much, it was nice to put a face on John.
I have become very fond with his writings.
I can tell you as an LMT that his explanation of reflexology is one of the best ones I have heard.
Thanks
