Essene Healing Open Post

Essene logoLongtime reader and commenter Tunesmyth, who coordinates the Ecosophia Prayer List, had a useful suggestion over on this week's open post on my main blog:

"Over in the thread on the prayer list where this discussion first came up, there have now been two MOE practitioners who have piped in with somewhat different perspectives about what is desired or needful regarding bringing healer and those needing healing together via the internet. I am certainly happy to play a part in making something happen, perhaps integrating or linked with the current prayer list in some way. But I think there first needs to a bit more of a conversation between those who are planning to do this work about what they would like to see happening, exactly, when it comes to making a site, and/or possibly adjusting the “healing” section of the Ecosophia prayer list.

"JMG, might I suggest that you might start a new MOE thread on the Dreamwidth site in order to facilitate a discussion within the full MOE practitioner community about this?"

That strikes me as a very good idea. So -- let's have that conversation. Those of you who want to practice Essene healing online, what do you need to direct healings and blessings toward people who need it? Those of you who need healing, what level of contact are you comfortable having? What other issues might need to be addressed?  Have at it.

Can you please take one action in the material plane (I don't happen to know what thinks help but anything skin related) and one affirmation (in the astral plane) for the next seven days towards helping with your eczema? This will help anchor the spiritual energy.

Thanks for this advice. Is it something that comes from the MOE materials?

Okay, then for a material plane action, I will try adding particular cell salts to a moisturizing lotion and applying that once a day. For an affirmation I'll try "My skin is calm and nice to touch."

Nope, it's something I experimented with on me and it worked. Kind of makes sense right? Let me know how it goes!

Nat. Mur., Kali. Sulph, Silicea and Kali. Phos. 4 times a day is what I've heard old biochemical doctors would've recommended. Applying the salt for eczema (Kali Phos) topically is also a good idea, but do it on dry if it's an open wound, otherwise the sugar and moisture invite an infection.

Thanks for this, Open_space. I've been doing both. I'll let you know how it goes in about a week. Still itchy often, though the affirmation is working as a good reminder not to scratch sometimes, which is useful all by itself.

That's a good start! I note that Kali Phos is the salt for nervousness too, so given guidance from your homeopathic doctor in it's taking, it should also help with that. I've heard of people having good results for eczema using some natural ointment with chamomile or honey --moisturizers that have a lot or added chemicals and preservative's sometimes can irritate damaged skin.

One you can do by yourself is using a vegetable base with olive oil and beeswax and then prepare it with lavender, rue, marigold, honey, chamomile and oats that I learned from my teacher. Message me if you want the recipe and instructions.

Thanks for this, open_space. Yeah, at this point the conversation is probably best had by private message. Thanks for all your help.
