Open (More or Less) Post on Covid 75

ironicallyAs we proceed through the second year of these open posts, it's pretty clear that the official narrative is cracking as the toll of deaths and injuries from the Covid vaccines rises steadily and the vaccines themselves demonstrate their total uselessness at preventing Covid infection or transmission. It's still important to keep watch over the mis-, mal- and nonfeasance of our self-proclaimed health gruppenfuehrers, and the disastrous results of the Covid mania, but I think it's also time to begin thinking about what might be possible as the existing medical industry reels under the impact of its own self-inflicted injuries.

So it's time for another open post. The rules are the same as before:

1. If you plan on parroting the party line of the medical industry and its paid shills, please go away. This is a place for people to talk openly, honestly, and freely about their concerns that the party line in question is dangerously flawed and that actions being pushed by the medical industry et al. are causing injury and death. It is not a place for you to dismiss those concerns. Anyone who wants to hear the official story and the arguments in favor of it can find those on hundreds of thousands of websites.

2. If you plan on insisting that the current situation is the result of a deliberate plot by some villainous group of people or other, please go away. There are tens of thousands of websites currently rehashing various conspiracy theories about the Covid-19 outbreak and the vaccines. This is not one of them. What we're exploring is the likelihood that what's going on is the product of the same arrogance, incompetence, and corruption that the medical industry and its tame politicians have displayed so abundantly in recent decades. That possibility deserves a space of its own for discussion, and that's what we're doing here.

3. If you plan on using rent-a-troll derailing or disruption tactics, please go away. I'm quite familiar with the standard tactics used by troll farms to disrupt online forums, and am ready, willing, and able -- and in fact quite eager -- to ban people permanently for engaging in them here. Oh, and I also lurk on other Covid-19 vaccine skeptic blogs, so I'm likely to notice when the same posts are showing up on more than one venue.

4. If you don't believe in treating people with common courtesy, please go away. I have, and enforce, a strict courtesy policy on my blogs and online forums, and this is no exception. The sort of schoolyard bullying that takes place on so many other internet forums will get you deleted and banned here. Also, please don't drag in current quarrels about sex, race, religious, etc. No, I don't care if you disagree with that: my journal, my rules.

With that said, the floor is open for discussion.

Text!-I've already got one or two designs that will have "UNGOVERNABLE" in a banner.

I eventually want to enclose artfully made zines with each purchase, but that's as far as I plan to get at publishing much text again.

After I decided to work on monsters and gods for bags and a gorgeous silkscreened calendar, I woke up to Jeff Childer's image of a kraken on his coffee and covid yesterday i think.... yes it was written here first in text... that and Kimberly and old Kay Neilson book I found in garage brought me home...

But SEEING THE IMAGE ...eeek! Oh yesssss!....does what text takes longer and harder to do... erotica VS.an online money shot. you use words to seduce listener/reader to do the imagining from their own psyche.

If writing is seduction, images are rape. PETA videos. I want my art to seduce AND rape because... well as that prof said... the worst thing for an artist is to be ignored.

Back to the art nouveau tendrils of a beautiful rape

Images ...I see what William Bonzai on zerohedge sees...that's why I find his daemonic oprahs and Obamas comforting...because I don't have to pretend I see otherwise.

And I love kraken and Medusa and serpents and art nouveau because meandering phallic symbols everywhere...why not?

When I got here in '94, writing took over. But I'm a cartoonist. I think pervy and creepy like one.

envisioning balacing perfecting and merely making such lines physically feels dreamy and tingly like tiny dancing but not like peeing over hoods of cars... something more private atop the covers of the blank white sheet...

So after hairy palm apotraic (!) kraken ideas ...these drawings take many weeks to pull off and I wanna do many color separations...but no room and much equip.. too much equipment to buy...

I was an artist back in Philadelphia and knew all the old secret stuff there/not here.

I did many searches for silk screen studio to rent time at...

Google sucks for unpopular things like doing real things in the real world

No dice.

So I got realistic (boring) much sooner than I wanted to and quickly started scaling back the crazy complicated color combinations and designs that got me finally excited (like my offering to the "ungovernable" concept)...

But then... deep in reading about something else on printing tecniques, I found out there's such a thing as a cheap printing studio just down the street on mission, at the mission cultural center!

I'd done about a dozen different searches and bupkus but I was wrong!

So "crazy ambitious colorful" is hella back!

Just down the street!

I can pull this off because miracles not only happen but there are so many of 'em just lying around WAITING.

I'm such a putz sometimes.

So there it is. It's all coming together....

X

Erika, see if they have a Risograph machine (or somewhere else nearby). Might do exactly what you hope and then we’d be kissin’ cousins, mimeographically speaking :)

Yes! I was accidentally reading about the mimeo process you explained when you were here! I was looking up photo emulsion and made a note to find out more on the thing you're talking about so I could see if we could play with this.

You're so fun!
