Open (More or Less) Post on Covid 66
As we proceed through the second year of these open posts, it's pretty clear that the official narrative is cracking as the toll of deaths and injuries from the Covid vaccines rises steadily and the vaccines themselves demonstrate their total uselesness at preventing Covid infection or transmission. It's still important to keep watch over the mis-, mal- and nonfeasance of our self-proclaimed health gruppenfuehrers, and the disastrous results of the Covid mania, but I think it's also time to begin thinking about what might be possible as the existing medical industry reels under the impact of its own self-inflicted injuries. So it's time for another open post. The rules are the same as before:
1. If you plan on parroting the party line of the medical industry and its paid shills, please go away. This is a place for people to talk openly, honestly, and freely about their concerns that the party line in question is dangerously flawed and that actions being pushed by the medical industry et al. are causing injury and death. It is not a place for you to dismiss those concerns. Anyone who wants to hear the official story and the arguments in favor of it can find those on hundreds of thousands of websites.
2. If you plan on insisting that the current situation is the result of a deliberate plot by some villainous group of people or other, please go away. There are tens of thousands of websites currently rehashing various conspiracy theories about the Covid-19 outbreak and the vaccines. This is not one of them. What we're exploring is the likelihood that what's going on is the product of the same arrogance, incompetence, and corruption that the medical industry and its tame politicians have displayed so abundantly in recent decades. That possibility deserves a space of its own for discussion, and that's what we're doing here.
3. If you plan on using rent-a-troll derailing or disruption tactics, please go away. I'm quite familiar with the standard tactics used by troll farms to disrupt online forums, and am ready, willing, and able -- and in fact quite eager -- to ban people permanently for engaging in them here. Oh, and I also lurk on other Covid-19 vaccine skeptic blogs, so I'm likely to notice when the same posts are showing up on more than one venue.
4. If you don't believe in treating people with common courtesy, please go away. I have, and enforce, a strict courtesy policy on my blogs and online forums, and this is no exception. The sort of schoolyard bullying that takes place on so many other internet forums will get you deleted and banned here. Also, please don't drag in current quarrels about sex, race, religious, etc. No, I don't care if you disagree with that: my journal, my rules.
With that said, the floor is open for discussion.

which brings me to: after yesterday, emily oster is going to print a retraction on her amnesty article in the atlantic with a photo of herself bent over bracing herself against the wall, a la Mapplethorpe, turning around to face the camera with a whip up her ass, and the title "AMNESTY THIS, MOTHAFXCKAS!"
i ate lunch, cried a lot--sobbed in front of James while he was trying to eat lunch and read online-- and cue the rocky theme song.
he handed me a couple of tissues and was it in coffee and covid's comments? or !EL GATO!s? but someone in the comments cut-and-pasted the part in The Declaration of Independence...screw it i'm crying NOW... the part from 1776 about how the government shall not turn against its people and ... MAN IT HIT ME...

i like the story that some of us have Returned Now For This Reason. because if for me, writing was the sketch before the architecture, we cannot let that beautiful work of art, that is The Declaration of Independence, i love it because it is an idea an ideal to creatively struggle to attain.. it is a genius piece of work piece of LOVE LETTER that we must fight for or we will feed only cynicism.
beware cynicism. it is acid to your ankles and fight.
THIS is why you must forgive. undisciplined discipline only exacerbates where we are now.
nothing no new vision with that old thinking. new thinking isn't la la la. it is slaughterhouse difficult and painful. court the sadomasochism. it's all you CAN do.

I'm a cynic, so my question is who exactly is going to do that? Which of the compromised institutions is going to take that brave step? Which unelected, conscience-less blob of waffle and compliance is going to volunteer? Who is going to reform this mess?
My answer: Nobody, it's unreformable.
We're familiar with www.realnotrare.com on here. From time to time I encounter forums populated by mothers of vax injured kids dating from before COVID. They're painful to read, but two things stand out:
#1. It's a full time job dealing with a vax injured kid, who may never be normal again. If they're lucky they may be able to function in a constrained way in society, but that requires an enormous amount of effort and dedication from the parents.
#2. There is a undercurrent of "how could they let this happen to us", but even then many of them still believe in the system and that it was somehow just an unfortunate mistake.
Every injured citizen is a drag on society. Health care as a contribution to GDP is nonsensical. Imagine the drain from all the jab injured people around - sick workers, broken supply chains. Big Pharma and Co are killing the golden goose, but all that matters is next quarter's profits and stock price.
The good news? Low expectations mean less disappointment.

(Anonymous) 2022-11-11 06:41 am (UTC)(link)That suggests some sort of intervention to overcome the satanic domination of our institutions, governments and certain people. I'm not sure if Russia has been handed that task (again), or perhaps some other non-human (divine?) entities will intervene.
In the meantime the challenge is to stay sane, healthy and awake and practice discernment. There are many traps still waiting in the road ahead and in particular, for God's sake don't take any mRNA jabs, which they're now planning to spread across the vax spectrum.
