Open (More or Less) Post on Covid 6

support groupThe semi-open posts  I've hosted here on the Covid-19 narrative, the inadequately tested experimental drugs for it, and the whole cascading mess surrounding them have continued to field a gargantuan (and increasing) number of comments, so I'm opening another space for discussion. The rules are the same as before:

1. If you plan on parroting the party line of the medical industry and its paid shills, please go away. This is a place for people to talk openly, honestly, and freely about their concerns that the party line in question is dangerously flawed and that actions being pushed by the medical industry et al. are causing injury and death. It is not a place for you to dismiss those concerns. Anyone who wants to hear the official story and the arguments in favor of it can find those on hundreds of thousands of websites.

2. If you plan on insisting that the current situation is the result of a deliberate plot by some villainous group of people or other, please go away. There are tens of thousands of websites currently rehashing various conspiracy theories about the Covid-19 outbreak and the vaccines. This is not one of them. What we're exploring is the likelihood that what's going on is the product of the same arrogance, incompetence, and corruption that the medical industry and its tame politicians have displayed so abundantly in recent decades. That possibility deserves a space of its own for discussion, and that's what we're doing here.

3. If you don't believe in treating people with common courtesy, please go away. I have, and enforce, a strict courtesy policy on my blogs and online forums, and this is no exception. The sort of schoolyard bullying that takes place on so many other internet forums will get you deleted and banned here. No, I don't care if you disagree with that: my journal, my rules.

With that said, the floor is open for discussion.

Thank you for this! Wow...

Summary of what Julius says:
All of the information that we have been painstakingly gathering over the past year about coronaviruses, flu viruses, and vaccines, was and should have been known by the leaders of the medical establishment already (Fauci, et al). They would have known last January that the vaccine would be 'leaky', and we would never reach herd immunity because coronaviruses mutate too fast (genetic drift).

"Viruses with slow genetic drift and highly specialized reproductive strategies, like polio or measles, can take centuries or longer to become less deadly and more contagious; some may never reach the relatively harmless status of a cold or mild flu virus... Rapid genetic drift is one of the reasons why the Spanish Flu stopped being a monster disease, but polio and measles haven't. And anyone with training in virology or immunology understands this!"

He also describes constant low-level exposure to cold, flu etc viruses as "virus updates for our immune system", (cross-reactive immunity is the official term) which help our bodies keep up (mostly) with the mutations, so that we get less sick when a bug does jump on us. He compares today's lockdowns with the accidental lockdown during World War I which made the second wave of Spanish Flu much deadlier than the first. Normally, the more virulent strains put their victims into bed, so they can't spread the virus as quickly. In WWI all those young soldiers were locked into trenches with each other, so the virus didn't have to care-- this selected for tranmissible, virulent strains. When everybody got out of the trenches after the war, selection promptly went the other way and in a year or so the Spanish Flu was no more.

The trick here, he says, is you want the mutations among the healthy, who are not put down for the count, to get a chance to spread to everyone else. Lockdowns hinder this and hinder the less-virulent strains from outcompeting the more virulent ones.

Julius takes the charitable theory that 'vaxomania' is all simply a scam in order to make a ton of money off "vaccines". He compares it to the flu shot, which is only 40% effective when you get it and drops off to zero effectiveness in 5 months (because the flu viruses mutate so quickly).

I do recommend reading the whole thing, particularly the first two thirds or so. Really eye-opening, and I thought I was informed already.
