The objection I have to "AI writing" is the same as I have to consuming illicit narcotics: it might be OK, but you have no way of knowing what it might be contaminated with. One batch might be as good as claimed, while another batch is dangerous. If an AI were to cite sources for each statement ... it would be like Google Search, but better. I don't want summaries. I don't even want facts. I want to be able to follow the references of the references to know the intellectual pedigree of the presented statements.

So, I, too, will be skipping any article marked as "AI generated", and shunning anyone who gets caught posting the same without "AI marking".
