Can't disagree with you that these issues are real and distressing. But I personally have doubts that a doctor would know what to do with the list of symptoms you mention. Usually IME doctors pick one or two items in the set to throw drugs at and ignore the rest. Viewing them as aspects of a complex syndrome has become uncommon outside the realms of textbooks. Even a "homeopathic" vaunted general practitioner to whom I once mentioned such problems was at a loss. It could be that a healer in a different modality (TCM? naturopathy?) would recognize and be able to treat them: I have not been able to ascertain.
