What are people's experiences with high fever (103F+)? My (not recently) waxxed friend has it and at urgent care was told, "come back in 2-3 days if it's persistent". Says it feels like immediately post-wax symptoms. She had no other flu symptoms - just fatigue, chills, maybe a mild headache, and infrequently, a cough. No neck pain or muscle spasms.
All tests came back negative: covid, influenza A & B, and RSV

Not seeking medical advice, but curious if others have seen anything like this? What course did it run? What was it called? What seemed to help?
