1) Every Shoyeido incense I've burned as an offering to gods has been very well received. The "daily incenses" are among my favorites, but the gemstone incenses are also good.

2) You can always burn frankincense to gods and goddesses. In Roman times that was the standard offering, and the deities don't seem to have gotten tired of it!
