You're right to draw attention to the amount of spike found. That's another factor to take into consideration. But it can lead to different conclusions. Figure 5G of the Yale study (pg 23) shows that in only 15 out of 43 vaxx injured the presence of spike was established. This amounts to 35%. In other words, 12.9% of the healthy had more spike than at least 65% of the vax injured. Before concluding that it is a nothingburger, I would want to see much more research done.

The same is true of the studies purporting to prove that covid caused every disease down to toenail fungus.
I haven't seen such studies. What I see is that there is an overwhelming amount of evidence (scienctific studies, data, anecdote) that indicates that the vaxx is much more harmful than advertised.

Compare it to asbestos. Not every cancer is caused by asbestos but still we know that it is carcinogenic. To establish that fact, among other things we had to do serious database-dredging.
