He seems pretty solid on the things he can do in the real world. His track record of taking over twitter and getting rid of the deadweight gives me hope for DOGE. His obsession with vapor-ware is less inspiring.
They are all Cornucopians. The delusional rhetoric about bitcoin and AI and half a trillion USD for what!?! makes me nervous.
I often wonder how much of this nonsense they really believe and how much of the "rah-rah" future is aimed at an pacifying an audience that will not accept anything less. I've adopted a "wait and see" attitude while they seem to be getting on with what actually can be done.
