I've seen this mis-attributed that Elon want to update people with the waxxine, but in reality it seems to be related to DODGE work.
Thus being said, the paradigm is there once you believe humans are hardware/software, updates are the next logic step. Musk is also into some chip that goes into the brain that will connect to some computer, stuff of nightmares if you cannot put the darn thing down.
Some want tm make it with a syringe, others in food, others with a patch.
Musk obvious spat with other billionaires that have thousands of NGOs around the globe is the kind of elite spat that happen in empires that are close to the breaking point, but US not there, not quite yet.
