Personally I think Russia and China make fake move to tempt US to make mistakes, both Russia and China invest a lot of resources in educating people in advanced maths, physics, chemistry, etc. Iran comes close.

This battle who gas the best chatbot doesn't bode well. AI looks to me like a massive decoy.
