Since that material has been published under a creative commons license, no publisher will touch it, since they can't make money off it. If somebody wants to go to the trouble of laying it out and selling it at cost via one of the print-on-demand firms, mind you, that would be fine.

Would it help for you to have PDF copies you could print out and put in a three ring binder? The Essene material is already set up that way --
