I can see a fair point here but even I could see the original comment looked to be dismissing all scientific 'studies' if there wasn't a clear and obvious outcome.

Einstein - gone.
Pasteur - gone.
Darwin - gone.
Wright Brothers are alright though 'cause even the little educated can understand what they're doing.
