Frack. I assume you're in one of the Anglo colonies in the southern hemisphere. I'm in the big one. The excess deaths seem to be happening but not in my circle yet and not enough to materially affect rents where I am. The uptick necessary for that would have to be huge...may the worst not come to pass.
