Hello, original helper here. Not much to add to the other commentator, but that seems possible to me. Also, in the name of transparency, I'm an occultist now (last 5 years) not a Buddhist. I'm still knowledgeable, to some extent, about Buddhism because I obsessively studied and practiced for 2 years. The whole "no-self" thing isn't for me.

Oh, and I get "brain tingles/zsps" too. They take a variety of forms and energetic qualities. 99% of mine aren't triggered by anything in particular that I can tell.
