Nor is it at all certain that sudden death immediately after jabs is caused by the same thing, or the same cluster of things, that cause sudden death months or years later. It's the latter that are relevant to my hypothesis. Also, of course, 30 is a small sample size and 5 out of 30 is a fairly modest share.
What I need to find next is the article I read years ago about sudden death as a result of plague. The claim was, as I recall, that the immunosuppressive effects of the strain of Y. pestis that caused the Black Death kept the body from reacting at all until pathogen levels had risen to the point of causing sudden organ failure. One Renaissance artist who died of plague, according to contemporary accounts, was out drinking with friends and started to feel unwell; they walked him home, he climbed the stairs to his front door, and then tumbled back down them again, stone cold dead. The doctors who examined the corpse found signs of plague all over it. But I need to find that reference!
Re: Population Immunity
1) Thank you. You've just specified one of the tests we can now use to assess whether my hypothesis has any validity or not. That's helpful.
2) Au contraire, there are quite a few, including central nervous system issues, endocrine issues, and abdominal issues. Here's a useful summary:
