2. In the elemental part of the SOP, is there a reason why we banish first, invoke second? Why do we not clear the space first (banish), then fill it up with the good stuff afterwards (invoke), as e.g. in the Judson exercise?
(Or is this simply a matter of "somebody should experiment with it someday, and so far, nobody has"? :D )
