1) Sure, but it'll take you longer and you risk getting them confused, which is not a good thing. I recommend learning one and then the other.
2) Oh, natal astrology is far and away the most popular. This is especially true if you then go on to learn how to do annual progressed charts.
3) Nope. Mundane astrology is shaping up to be my bread and butter.
