1) Yes, and this used to be a very common practice. The Imitation of Christ, one of the classics of Christian mysticism, pursues this exact approach; there is also the fine old practice of setting yourself a virtue a week and spending time contemplating it and then trying your best to behave in accordance with it. That was a very common exercise among children and teens in the 18th and 19th centuries.

2) I think it will improve things mildly, since it will complete the process whereby the current woke ideology is negating itself, and very few people outside of the post-woke Nazis will be willing to listen.
