Thanks Escorcher for raising the subject. I use a mask too on occasion to protect myself against droplets, especially when I'm close to someone who seems ill. For protection against aerosols I don't use it as masks don't seem to stop aerosols. In that case I use other measures: nasal spray with xyli...(forgot the name) and Echinaforce. Like the mask, I use it only when I am in a higher risk situation like traveling in a plane. Most of the time I just live my life without worrying and do the things one does to stay healthy (healthy food, good sleep, vit D, yadayada)
