The lodge work is important to learn and practice, but it's not a daily thing -- the SoP is your core daily ritual practice. I'd encourage you to learn the lodge ritual and practice it once a week or so; you'll need it for the self-initiation ritual toward the end of the book, and for quite a bit of work in the books to come.
