Re: Summoning Demons

Oh dear gods. Why don't they also have a playful burn-the-house-down session for families, with open buckets of gasoline and lots of matches for the children, while they're at it? Yes, it's dangerous. Lilit or Lilith, according to the traditional lore, specifically likes to prey on children, and will kill them (typically by motivating a human to do the deed) when she can.

As for spiritual warfare, it depends on what you mean by that. Demons are always present, and always interested in preying upon the clueless and the vicious (and especially those who are both at the same time); our current elite culture is clinging to the last dregs of a failing age of reason -- there have been many ages of reason, and they always fail -- and it's quite common in that situation for the clueless and vicious to double down on their rejection of the spiritual realm. The trap for the spiritually awake is to get so caught up in fighting such people that you lose touch with the positive side of your own spiritual life.
